What Is Excluded From Our Bond Cleaning Service

The following services are excluded from our bond cleaning service (internal). If the item can be added by request this is noted, and additional charges may apply:

Ceiling cleaning

We do not complete grout cleaning

External cleaning (e.g. balcony, external windows, patios)

Baby/child safety latch/lock removal

Rubbish bin cleaning

Garage floor/wall oil stain removal

Any cleaning that would result in damage

Blind cleaning (can be added)

Full wall washing - small spot cleaning is completed in most areas as part of our standard cleaning. (can be added)

Intensive garage cleaning - we will vacuum/sweep, and clean light switches & power points as part of our standard clean Garage wall cleaning.

We do not clean appliances such as microwaves,

fridges, etc.

Our Bond Clean Guarantee Details

By addressing any concerns your real estate agent may have about our internal bond clean, we guarantee our service. At absolutely no cost. Within 48 hours after your service's completion, you must inform us of any problems. For the items that were cleaned as part of your service, we offer an assurance, we are willing to return to your property to give further assistance where issues are found that are connected to things that were not covered by the original service at our standard bond service fees.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

While our cleaning staff may manually scrub tiled surfaces as part of our service, since we are not professionals at cleaning tiles and grout, a professional tile and grout clean may be necessary. Depending on your tiles' and/or grout's state; this service is separate from our bond clean.

Cigarette / Nicotine / Smoke Damage

Cleaning nicotine and smoke or smoking-related stains is not covered by our rectification guarantee. It is generally understood that stains will endure even after thorough washing.

Initial Inspection Upon Arrival

When our cleaners first go to your home, they will do a walk-through (with you if you happen to be there) to compare the service to the quote given. We will notify you right away before any work is done if any modifications are necessary (such as more time/cost).
